Headquartered in Tokyo, we are a Japanese blockchain-based technology company, operating our proprietary private blockchain technology, Grid Ledger System (GLS), a hybrid blockchain that combines the technical advantages of blockchain technology and database technology, to leverage blockchain technology in various applications in a range of industries.
Our proprietary private blockchain technology, GLS, has the characteristics of traditional blockchains, such as tamper-resistance, security, and reliability. GLS also demonstrates high-speed processing capacity, which can address the challenging market demand.
Since our founding in May 2018, we have continued our research and development efforts. Such efforts have been led by our Chief Technology Officer, Hiroki Yamamoto, with advice from large Japanese companies such as NTT Docomo, Inc. and NEC Communication Systems, Ltd., and academia representatives such as Professor Shudo who is currently affiliated with Kyoto University. We have verified the applicability of GLS in the virtual space (Metaverse), financial domain and other domains. Currently, we are working with AMBITION DX HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., which is a listed company in Japan, to apply our GLS to an online lease signing system.
We primarily provide two services, software and system development services and consulting and solution services.
Through our software and system development services, we serve companies that have digital assets and intend to leverage these assets for the purposes of creating new businesses and new systems. We develop systems that are tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
Through our consulting services, we assist companies that rely on our technical expertise and seek our advice on various technological issues. We may be requested by our customers to offer advice regarding new system development or analyze the existing systems and advise as to how to transform and improve the existing systems. Through our solution services, we work with companies that seek to update their existing data and digital technology, add additional functions to their systems, and transform their businesses, operations, and processes.
Illustrative examples of our delivered systems and services include an advertisement tracking system, questionnaire creation and collection system, contract data management platform (AMBITION-Sign), and NFT trading platform (Animap).
We aim to increase the number of use cases of GLS and offer a general-purpose System Development Kit (SDK) for external engineers to improve GLS.
Our mission is to keep updating GLS and make it an infrastructure in the coming Web3/metaverse-like data society.
Satoshi Kobayashi
Chief Executive Officer, and Director
Mr. Kobayashi has served as our Chief Executive Officer and Director since our inception. Mr. Kobayashi co-founded our Company in May 2018. Mr. Kobayashi served as the Representative Director with FEELO.Co. overseeing that company’s entire merchandising business from August 2016 to December 2018. Mr. Kobayashi acted as a Manager of Pasona Inc., where Mr. Kobayashi was in charge of temporary staff management and consulting from January 2013 to December 2015.
Hiroki Yamamoto
Chief Technology Officer, and Director
Mr. Yamamoto has served as our Chief Technology Officer and Director since our inception. Mr. Yamamoto co-founded our Company with Mr. Kobayashi in May 2018. Mr. Yamamoto was in charge of software development at arl-Y from August 2015 to May 2018. Mr. Yamamoto acted as a Software Developer at Sunplan Soft Co. from April 2013 to July 2015. Mr. Yamamoto studied Robotics Creation and obtained an Associate Degree from Nagoya College of Engineering in March 2013.
Caspia Lin
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lin has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2023. Ms. Lin has served as a director of OneStep Consulting Pte Ltd where she leads the overall execution across a variety of workstreams since April 2018. Ms. Lin served as the finance manager of SIG Tax & Accounting Pte Ltd from August 2021 to September 2022 and from June 2019 to May 2020. Ms. Lin served as an accountant of Barramundi Group Ltd from June 2020 to July 2021. Ms. Lin was the assistant team leader at Margin Wheeler Pte Ltd where she was responsible for reviewing the clients’ accounts from May 2015 to April 2018. Ms. Lin obtained her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification in 2017 and her designation of Chartered Accountant of Singapore from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants in 2018.
Masaaki Aono

Mr. Aono has served as our Company Auditor since September 2022. Mr. Aono practiced law at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu from December 2009 to March 2022 and at Mayer Brown from September 2015 to July 2016 in the U.S. Since October 2022, Mr. Aono has served as an outside director, and audit and supervisory committee member at Halmek Holdings Inc. Since April 2022, Mr. Aono has been a partner at CrossOver Law Offices in Japan. Mr. Aono graduated from the University of Tokyo School of Law in March 2008 and from the University of Chicago School of Law (LL.M.) in June 2015.

Mr. Goto has served as our Company Auditor since July 2019. From April 2022 to November 2022, Mr. Goto served as an auditor of Sakura Exchange Bitcoin, Inc., which is an agency for the purchase and sale of crypto assets. Since October 2020, Mr. Goto has served as a company auditor of Walklog Inc., which develops and operates the O2O solution platform. Since July 2020, Mr. Goto has served as an auditor of KakaoPiccoma Inc., which operates the electronic comic and novel service “Piccoma.” Since April 2016, Mr. Goto has served as an auditor of WAKUWAKU Corporation, which is engaged in a renovation platform. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University in March 1990.

Mr. Ogose has served as our Company Auditor since November 2023. Mr. Ogose served as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC from February 2014 to July 2018. Mr. Ogose served as a Manager at Dely Inc. from August 2018 to October 2021. Since November 2021, Mr. Ogose has opened and has been working at Shinpei Ogose CPA office. Mr. Ogose has served as the Founder and Representative Director at In Inc. since July 2022. Since July 2023, Mr. Ogose has served as the Founder and Representative Director at Tokyo Kokusai Consulting (previously known as Tokyo Bay Advisory Inc.).

Mr. Takayama has served as our Independent Director since February 2021. Mr. Takayama has served as the Global Vice President and Japan Country Manager at Pendo.io Japan, which is a product management company since November 2020. Mr. Takayama was the Vice President, the Global General Manager of Channel Sales Vision, and the General Manager of Renewal Sales Department of Box, Inc., a digital solution provider from February 2014 to October 2020. Mr. Takayama was Senior Sales Manager with Cloudera, Inc., a data management company from July 2012 to February 2014.
